One recent project, at Feltham, was a collaboration with the London Borough of Hounslow. The 1 million sq ft development included shopping, restaurants, housing, hotel, and parking, plus valuable new community amenities including a new library, medical centre and day nursery. Our aim, and one we successfully accomplished, was to create a town centre people would feel proud of, where previously there existing little but dereliction, decay and pessimism..

Having worked throughout the UK for the past 20 years delivering successful town centre regeneration schemes, our experience is unrivalled. Along the way we’ve forged strong and lasting partnerships with landowners, major corporations, retailers and financial institutions, as well as many local authorities.
